I second this opinion. I'm tired of having LA County tie up the streets by my house pumping water into the aquifer to keep the nearby sea water out.It's been a fact of life down here in Redondo for several years. They just recently stopped pumping when all these storms starting coming in but the streets are still torn up from it.
