06/30/2018 1930 CA-LNU County Fire: 4,000 acres grass, oak woodland, 0% contained. Continued structure threat and the mandatory evacuations west of Hwy 16, between County Rd 63 and County Rd 78 are stilll in effect. Red Flag Warning in effect for gusty winds and low RH through Sunday.
06/30/2018 1930 CA-LNU Pawnee Fire: 13,850 acres grass, brush, 73% contained. Active fire behavior is observed with wind driven runs and spotting. Crews are working to contain a 100 acre spot fire on Div R. Evacuations continue for the community of Double Eagle and an evacuation advisory is issued for areas south of Hwy 20. There is a threat to major fiber optic and powelines serving Ukiah. A road closure for Hwy 20 and Walker Ridge Rd is in effect. A Red Flag Warning remains in effect for gusty winds and low RH over the fire area through Sunday.
06/30/2018 1930 CA-KNF Cherry Fire: 63 acres grass, brush, timber, 95% contained.
06/30/2018 1930 CA-SHU Flat Fire: 300 acres timber, 30% contained. Moderate fire behavior observed.
06/30/2018 1930 CA-SHU Creek Fire: 1,678 acres grass, oak woodland, timber, 97% contained. Final report unless significant change occurs.
06/30/2018 1930 CA-TGU Lane Fire: 3,716 acres grass, brush, timber, 95% contained.
06/30/2018 1725 CA-LNU County Fire: 1,000 acres grass, oak woodland, 0% contained. High winds and dry fuels are causing fire to spread rapidly with long range spotting. There is continued structure threat causing mandatory evacuations west of Hwy 16, between County Rd 63 and County Rd 78.
06/30/2018 1707 CA-LNU Pawnee Fire: 13,750 acres grass, brush, 73% contained. Fire has spotted across containment lines causing a threat to the Double Eagle Ranch and immediate surrounding area. Evacuations are in effect for the area. Highway 20 has been closed for both east and west bound traffic.
06/30/2018 1325 CA-LNU County Fire: 70 acres grass, oak woodland, 0% contained. Fire is located at County Rd 63 x Hwy 16, Rumsey Canyon. The fire has a dangerous rate of spread, with a threat to structures. Map
