[californiadisasters] Breaking News: Bad Weather Closes Grapevine, Part of PCH

Icy conditions have forced the closure of all southbound lanes of Interstate 5 along the Grapevine, according to the California Highway Patrol. Officials also closed I-5 northbound lanes at Parker Road. Pacific Coast Highway was closed to all westbound traffic at Topanga Canyon Boulevard due to numerous rock slides along the highway, officials said.
