CA-NOD Marr Fire 350 acres 10% contained,Thunderstorms predicted for today, fire spread dependant on erratic winds some roads in area that may be used for barriers .

CA-PNF Chips Fire. 35,233 acres, 12% contained. The communities along the Hwy 89 corridor remain threatened. Smoke from the fire is impacting the North Sacramento Valley and the Lake Almanor Basin area producing poor air quality. Private timber lands, associated plantations and the Butt Lake Reservoir are currently being impacted by fire activity. Critical infrastructure, including the Red Hill communications site which services critical communications for various emergency services and related agencies. PG&E power lines in the fire area continue to be impacted by fire activity and smoke.

CA-LNP Reading Fire. 20,642 acres, 10% contained .The main park highway continues to be closed for seven miles from Manzanita Lake to Summit Lake. Summit Lake, Butte Lake, Lost Creek, and Crags campgrounds remain closed. Numerous trails remain closed in the park including: PCT from Corral Meadows to the north boundary, Paradise Meadows, Terrace Lakes, Painted Dunes, Cinder Cone, Twin Lakes, Cluster Lakes, Butte Lake, Widow Lake, Snag Lake south to Juniper Lake and Horseshoe Lake. All USFS roads, trails, and the area south of Highway 44 and east of Highway 89 in the vicinity of Old Station remain closed.

CA-KNF Fort Complex. 1,787 acres, 10% contained.Topography is making access difficult with steep terrain and snags from the 1987 burn. The geographical distances between the incidents make logistics difficult. There are smoke impacts to the Applegate Lake recreation area and the Klamath River community with concern for public health. Late successional reserve (LSR)and T&E species in the Seiad/Baker Botanical area are threatened as well as a critical archeological site. Social concerns also include maintaining tribal relations

CA-LNU Wye Fire 5000 acres 25% contained.Very dry fuels, low Rh with poor recovery, high temperatures. Rapid rates of spread with extreme fire behavior. Coordination will be required with PG&E air resources to re-energize compromised power lines. Fire is having an economic effect on Lake County tourism. Resources needed to support firing/holding operations on Branch 3 (Walker Branch). Branch 2, currently unstaffed, and a wind-change to a northerly flow will threaten the City of Clearlake. 2 Miles of unsecured line with a direct threat to the City of Clearlake.
