My point is in regards to those group's decline and in particular the why's of that... yes, they are all there and you are a member of some of them and I am a member of all of them. However, most of them are dead and the couple that are not are nonetheless shadows of their former selves. Of those two still-living groups one is well-managed (SoCalScan) while the other (Bayscan) is not well-managed and never has been.
