We will be having a dodgeball tournament the week of the 25th during lunch. Sign-ups begin on Monday in the activities office at lunch. You may have 4 members to a team. The finals will be played at the assembly on the 31st. Your teams may consist of student, teachers or students & teachers. Each team will have a $4.00 sign-up fee.
If you have lost an amethyst ring please stop by the activities office to claim it.
Attention Seniors: If you want your photo to appear in the 2013 edition of the yearbook you need to have your picture taken at Lifetouch Studios. Call 896-5570 to make an appointment.
Do you need Credit Recovery, ECademy registration is going on during this week Monday August 13th through Friday August 17th. You will need to make an appointment with your academy counselor to register. For your appointment you will need to bring $15 cash, which is the ECademy Registration fee or bring your fee to the counselors outside the bookroom during lunch. Make an appointment immediately so you do not get locked out of the online registration process.
Anyone interested in running Cross Country needs to see Coach Gilmore in room F212, or at practice. Practices are every day after school at 2:40 and we meet near between the track and the library. All skill levels are encouraged to join!
Attention anyone interested in trying out for the boys soccer team, tryouts will be this Monday-Wednesday from 4-6PM at the VVHS soccer fields. Must have a current APS physical form completed to try-out. Also, the boys soccer team is looking for managers for the upcoming season. If you are interested, please see coach Thiebaut in A121.
If you need a locker stop by the activities office. Lockers are $1.00.
We are cutting locks today, so if you are in the wrong locker we will cut the lock and return your books to the bookroom.
Parking Passes are on sale in the Activities Office before school and during lunch for $35.00. Please be sure that you have the forms and all the correct information with you.
DRIVER EDUCATION SIGN-UPS are before & after school and during lunch in the Activities Office. You must be 15 years old by the first day of the class. The class meets after school Monday - Thursday, and daily attendance is required. We will have 1 class this semester & 1 class next semester. There is no fee for the class, and does not include any driving time. After sign-ups, students will be contacted to complete enrollment and permission form for the class.
Tomorrow is a black out day. Everyone wear Hawk shirts! Lets see if we can have everyone in black.
