There's several different versions of the Basic ICS (IS-100) program
available at http://training.fema.gov/IS for different organizations.
I'm sure that one of them can be tailored to private sector emergency
response.

ICS deals with 2 main concepts: Chain of Command, and Span of Control.
Those concepts are used in the corporate world every day. Look at an Org
Chart: President/CEO, C-level officers, Vice Presidents, Divisions and
Groups, Middle Managers of different levels, Plant/Office Managers,
Shift Supervisors, Leads, and "ordinary" workers. You can see how that
structure fits right into the ICS model.
