AN OFFSHORE FLOW PATTERN WILL PRODUCE LOCALLY GUSTY NORTH TO
NORTHEAST WINDS OVER SANTA BARBARA COUNTY INCLUDING THE SOUTH
COAST AND SANTA YNEZ MOUNTAINS. EXPECT LOCAL GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH
BELOW PASSES AND CANYONS AND GUSTS TO 35 MPH OVER SOME OF THE
 HIGHER ELEVATIONS.
