FCA, Fellowship of Christian Athletes will start today at lunch in F212.

If you are a senior or junior and interested in walking in this years Homecoming Fashion Show, please meet in Senora Luna's room, G204 today at lunch. To be eligible you must have at least a 2.0 to walk in the show. We are looking for 12 girls and 12 boys. 

BOWLING all students interested in the bowling club the first information meeting will be held during lunch this Friday - September 20th.  Coach Hampel is looking to see all club members from last year returning and meeting a number of new members.  Reminder that the bowling activity does not have tryouts - you can join the club regardless of experience.  Also for those students involved in fall sports it is okay to complete your fall event before being active with the bowling team. However, Coach Hampel urges you to attend Friday's meeting.  Lets ROLLLLLLLLLLL Hawks!

COUNSELING:

• Juniors: Sign-up to take the PSAT beginning today and ending Sept. 26. The cost is $14. The test will be given on October 16 from 7:30 to 11 in the Lecture Hall. This is your one chance to qualify for National Merit. See Mrs. Sandy in E216 to sign-up. 
• Seniors: UNM's African American Services will be on our campus tomorrow Tuesday, Sept. 17 during lunch. Stop by the F hall lunch area to find out what they offer! 

ATHLETICS:

• Lady Hawks Soccer will be having a fundraiser at Olo Yogurt in Ventana Ranch on September 18 from 11am -9pm. Every cup sold that day will benefit VVHS Lady Hawks Soccer. Go out and support your Lady Hawks!
• All girls interested in playing softball: There will be a meeting at the beginning of lunch, in the gym, on Wednesday, Sept. 18th. We will begin practice the
  following week.
• Cross country team members, we will have normal practice today after school. Meet at our normal location at our normal time. Seniors on the cross country team, you need to report to the 9^th grade academy office at 11:30 to work the Hawk Pride Crew at the end of lunch.

TUESDAY:

• Girls Soccer plays La Cueva at 3:30 at Volcano Vista High School.
• Volleyball plays at Las Lunas at 6:30
