THIS WILL BRING ISOLATED SHOWERS  AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA AND  SOUTHWESTERN OREGON THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING...THEN SCATTERED  THUNDERSTORM COVERAGE IS EXPECTED TO EXPAND TO THE NORTH AND EAST  TUESDAY. WHILE SOME THUNDERSTORMS WILL RESULT IN MODERATE AND  HEAVY RAINFALL DUE TO SLOW STORM MOVEMENT...ABUNDANT CLOUD TO  GROUND LIGHTNING IS EXPECTED TO RESULT IN MANY FIRE STARTS DUE TO  DRY FUEL CONDITIONS.
