CENTRAL TEHAMA COUNTY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA...    * UNTIL 315 PM PST    * AT 233 PM PST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS    CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO LOCATED NEAR RED BLUFF AND    SOUTH ALONG I5...AND MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.    * LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...    RED BLUFF AND GERBER-LAS FLORES AND NEARBY PORTIONS OF I5.    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...    TAKE COVER NOW. MOVE TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR OF A  STURDY BUILDING. AVOID WINDOWS. IF YOU ARE IN A MOBILE HOME OR  OUTDOORS...MOVE TO THE CLOSEST SUBSTANTIAL SHELTER AND PROTECT  YOURSELF FROM FLYING DEBRIS.
