[californiadisasters] Chips Fire & Reading Fire Going Berserk

Both fires are really getting out of hand now.

A major power outage has occurred for the area of Lake Almanor, Quincy, and Chester in Plumas County and Susanville, the county seat of Lassen County.

New mandatory evacuations taking place for the Rush Creek and Seneca areas of Plumas County as a result of the Chips Incident.
