On This Date In California Weather History...
1910: Fresno reached 101 degrees for a high.
This set a record for the most days of triple digit high temperatures in the month of April.
In Bakersfield the high reached 100 degrees, establishing a record for the most triple digit highs in the month of April (the later record was tied in April 1981).
Lemon Cove reached an April record high of 110 degrees.
