[californiadisasters] South Ops News & Notes Update (7/20/10-AM)

Date	Time	News and Notes
07/20	0800	The Sand 2 Fire; 1255 acres and 75% contained. Ground resources continue significant mop-up.  Excess resources are being either reassigned to the Indian fire or de-mobed.
07/20	0800	Indian Fire; 1,057 acres and is 65% contained. Portions of the Pacific Crest Trail and some BLM access roads have been closed to the public. The interior of the fire remains active with fuels continuing to burn out.
07/19	0730	Cooper's Central Sierra Type 2 Team has been reassigned to the Sand 2 and Indian Fires.  The Team will assume command of the fires at 1000 hours today.
07/19	0730	Network connectivity is reestablished.
07/18	1330	Most Forest within OSCC are experiencing network connectivity issues. This may impact or delay some or all products disseminated by Predictive Services.
