Re: [californiadisasters] Exit El Niño, Enter La Niña?

We have recently experienced our first monsoonal rainstorm here in eastern San Diego County in many years.  A wetter later summer-fall, unfortunately possibly with flashfloods,  and a very dry winter with January Santa Anas pushing fire is predicted.  Below normal rainfall overall will likely be the norm in the Southwest.
