RE: [californiadisasters] Fire in Camarillo?



yes try www.wildlandfire.com under ca and hot list but thsi fire is 50 acres and property owners in groves place have been advised to move large live stock just in case of an evacuation is called.. none has been called yet
 
there are 4 air tankers and 4 helicopters working on this fire and full containment is going to hopfully be contained by noon tomorrow july 14
 
there are over 250 ffs working on the ground and air support is helping working towards containment
 
air attack is now working on the west flank ( side of this fire
 
50 homes are still threated at this time but looking better then it was..
 
the smoke is visiable from the 101 fwy coming down the grade and fire engines are still staging at the 118 fwy
 
per chp log everyone but residents and emergency personnel was closed at loop drives ,, mesa was still open last i read
 
residents in the camerillo area were advised to stay put in there homes ..  hope that helps J

Does anyone know anything about a fire in Camarillo?  We can smell smoke and hear planes.
