Got bad just after 3:00pm.  Has jumped the river and Mountain 99, surrounded community of Riverkern, which has been evacuated.  I see two helo's, a sky crane, and a phoscheck tanker fighting from above.  Sheriff's Deputy says they've called in "everybody".
