Re: [californiadisasters] Re: New member

Kylie,

There's plenty of geology where you are at. Pick up a copy of  "Roadside Geology of Florida." You'll be amazed at what lies within your state. When I was taking Marine Biology at FSU, one summer, someone found a preserved sea turtle in the limestone bedding in norther Florida. What a find that was!

And as a former professor, I encourage you to continue your education. The world will unfold before you, as the more you understand, the more your horizons broaden.

Best wishes,

Lin

I'm right there with you! I live in Florida and I am dying to move to southern California(L.A./Inland Empire region). I can't deal with it anymore! I really want to feel earthquakes. Earthquakes never happen in Florida and I even have a hard time actually finding some rocks. It's all sand and seashell fragments! I'm 20 years old and I haven't been to college, but I am seeing somebody who teaches Qigong and it's helpful. I also wish you the best luck in getting to where you want to be!
