I've mentioned only two races here, but it's the same for any race; applies to the entire human race. In fact, whole cultures are failing because nobody is taking personal responsibility. And you can't blame anybody else or any situation. I know a very successful public school administrator, who has a doctorate. He's the only one in his family who graduated from high school: ten siblings raised by a single mother. Can't blame or credit the mom; my friend just took responsibility and did the work. But we have whole groups of people being fed excuses and believing/claiming them, believing that they're not responsible and blaming everything and everybody ELSE. The resulting rage goes into justifying rioting, among other things. (That is, for those who need an excuse.) .
