No.  But they drive faster and tailgate more closely.   Both are bad habits, in the rain they are deadly. 

T'sp kay.  Here in HI the drivers can't merge and tailgate so tightly that it would be sodomy in some states.   Plus you have the mix of gotta get there types with I'll get there sometime today drivers.
