[californiadisasters] Massive Power Outage in southern California

(CBS/AP) A massive power outage has been reported in the San Diego area,
but initial report are that is not related to any terrorist action.

A utility spokesman told CBS News all of San Diego county appears to be
in the dark. Outages may spread up to Orange county and as far east as
Yuma, Arizona.

Channel 7 (ABC) Los Angeles reporting outage affecting southern Orange
County, Riverside County and all of San Diego County.
