Couldn't be imagination; that jump in both supply and usage is real.

Now whether it's significant is another question; note that a while earlier
there's a drop-off of similar magnitude (at about 1400, and as compared to
the forecast line).

I have no idea if any of these fluctuations is significant; way out of my
expertise. Still, interesting.
