WITH CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS TONIGHT WILL ALLOW TEMPERATURES TO
RAPIDLY COOL TONIGHT TO BELOW FREEZING FOR MOST LOCATIONS. *
TEMPERATURES: LOWS BY MONDAY MORNING WILL RANGE FROM NEAR 28 DEGREES IN
THE COLDEST RURAL LOCATIONS TO NEAR 32 DEGREES IN DOWNTOWN SACRAMENTO.
DURATIONS AT OR BELOW FREEZING WILL BE FOR 6 TO 12 HOURS WITH
TEMPERATURES AT OR BELOW 28 DEGREES FOR 2 TO 4 HOURS FOR SOME OF THE
