...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM PDT THIS MORNING FOR  THE NORTH AND EAST BAY HILLS...  ...HEAT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM TO 9 PM PDT THURSDAY FOR THE  NORTH AND EAST BAY HILLS...    THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA HAS  ISSUED A HEAT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM TO 9 PM PDT  THURSDAY. A WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM PDT THIS  MORNING.    * WIND IMPACTS: THE GUSTY WINDS WILL COMBINE WITH LOW RELATIVE    HUMIDITY VALUES TO CREATE ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS. SOME    DOWNED TREES AND POWERLINES MAY OCCUR IN THE HILLS.    * TEMPERATURES: HIGHS ON THURSDAY WILL BE IN THE 90S TO AROUND 100.    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...    A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT SUSTAINED WINDS IN EXCESS OF 35 MPH  ARE EXPECTED...WITH GUSTS OF 45 MPH OR HIGHER. WINDS THIS STRONG  CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE  VEHICLES. USE EXTRA CAUTION.    A HEAT ADVISORY MEANS THAT A PERIOD OF HOT TEMPERATURES IS  EXPECTED. THE COMBINATION OF HOT TEMPERATURES AND HIGH HUMIDITY  WILL COMBINE TO CREATE A SITUATION IN WHICH HEAT ILLNESSES ARE  POSSIBLE.
