05/06/2013	1100	Effective 1100, North Ops is moving to Preparedness Level 2.
05/06/2013	0700	Many North Ops units reported lightning with precipitation in the past 24 hours. Small lightning fires are being reported. Initial attack efforts are successful.
05/06/2013	0700	CA-BTU Panther Fire: 6,864 acres, 60% contained. Fire continues to spread in the Ishi wilderness.
