Pavlof Volcano Activity Notifications

Following an increase in seismic activity and presence of intense elevated surface temperatures yesterday, eruptive activity at Pavlof has been confirmed. Pilot reports and satellite images today reveal that a spatter-fed lava flow has advanced about a half a kilometer down the north flank of the volcano.
