I have no idea... the situation is incredibly fluid and it is dark and confusing.... and now that it is night-time there is not as much Tweeting or Hotlist posting and even the radio traffic as heavy as it is on LACOFD Blue Tacs things are quieter than they would be during the daylight hours so less info is forthcoming.
