Hwy 38 is re-opening both ways via Bryant Street through Oak Glenn, quite a detour. Fire still estimated at 200 acres with 1 structure damaged. Crews making good progress with no estimate on containment at this time. Some evacuations are beginning to be lifted. Tons of drift smoke up here in the Big Bear Valley, but no threat to the forest whatsoever.
