[californiadisasters] On This Date In CA Weather History (June 24)

1975: 1" of snow fell at Boca, its latest occurrence of measurable snowfall.

1957: It was 121° in Palm Springs, the highest temperature on record for June.
This also occurred two days later on 6.26 and on 6.29.1994.

1907: First of four consecutive days in Bakersfield with a high temperature of 110° or greater.
