06/21	1730	National Preparedness' Level has been increased to PL 3.   Carstens, Fire, CA-SNF-1216/CA-MMU-009840, Midpines, Mariposa County Carstens Road near State Route 140   1,660 acres 75% contained,   Unified command between USFS Sierra N.F., CALFIRE, Mariposa County Fire Department and Mariposa County Sherriff Department. Central Sierra (Cooper)team will transition the fire to the Sierra National Forest and a Type 3 Organization       Hathaway Fire CA-BDF- 8526 Vegetation, Northeast of Banning, Riverside County. USFS-San Bernardino N.F.   3,825 acres, 85% contained. Type 3 IMT (N Gamboa) in command.   Forbidden Fire CA-YNP-0010 Vegetation 2 miles north of Yosemite Village, Mariposa County, Yosemite National Park. Fire is in monitor status at 105 acres. Political implications due to high visibility and smoke impacts to heavily visited Yosemite Valley.
