06/26	0800	Carstens Fire, CA-SNF-1216/CA-MMU-009840; Midpines, Mariposa County, Carstens Road near State Route 140. 1,708 acres 95% contained.   Hathaway Fire, CA-BDF- 8526; Vegetation, Northeast of Banning, Riverside County 3,825 acres, 95% contained.   The National Weather Service Los Angeles, Oxnard and San Diego has issued an Excessive Heat Watch through June 30 20:00 PDT Very hot conditions to impact the deserts and mountains Friday Through Sunday and the inland empire this weekend. http://www.nws.noaa.gov/view/nationalwarnings.php?map=on
