This streak of 164 days is tied as the fourth longest dry streak on San Diego record.
This day also marks the latest end to any dry streak on record.
(The longest dry streak on record is 182 days from 4.18.2004 to 10.16.2004).

Flooding inundated streets and highways in the Rancho Cucamonga area.
At least 60 homes were damaged by floods and debris flows.
1948: Cold start: Hanford reached 19° for a low temperature.
1919: The low temperature was 36° in San Diego and 24° in Santa Ana and Santa Maria, each the lowest temperature on record for November.
1919: The morning low temperature at Reno was 6°.
1906: Big desert snowfall, especially for so early in the season, Mojave recorded 6.5".
