MUCH BETTER HUMIDITY RECOVERIES EXPECTED SATURDAY NIGHT. * IMPACTS: THE COMBINATION OF DRY FUELS...STRONG WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY WILL CREATE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WHERE EXISTING FIRES AND ANY NEW IGNITIONS WILL SEE RAPID FIRE GROWTH. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EITHER OCCURRING NOW...OR WILL SHORTLY. A COMBINATION OF STRONG WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AND WARM TEMPERATURES CAN CONTRIBUTE TO EXTREME FIRE BEHAVIOR. && $$ HTTP://WEATHER.GOV/SANFRANCISCO
