Just a small correction, this is not in Georgia, it is in Edgefield County, South Carolina. Granted that is on the Savannah River and the border to Georgia, but we South Carolinians get overlooked for Georgia and North Carolina (both much larger) that we get a little defensive. Even claiming an earthquake. This is also just upstream from the Savannah River Nuclear Facility in SC.
