The Incomparable Pamela Alley and her Butte County fire activity reports have finally arrived at California Disasters and we are honored!

Welcome to the group and thanks for joining us! Your input and content will be a welcome addition here!

As you can see tonight I have been doing a little bit of housecleaning and soul-searching about this version of this group!

I wondered if Yahoo Groups was a place for this group to stay and it appears that for now it is.

And now with you here there is yet one more good reason to soldier on here!

Well...I'm new, just got shanghied :) by Kim to come over and post fires when I do so over on NorCalFire and the FB group Butte County Public Safety Scanner.  I'll try to remember, but won't guarantee I will...so if you see smoke in the Butte County area, POST IT and let's make sure that it doesn't become a true disaster. :)

Or something like that, anyway.  I don't scan as much as I used to....
