Incident in Unified Command (CAL FIRE, USFS-BDF)

Rough, CA-SNF-001746, Fresno County, Update
2.5 miles to the southwest of Spanish Mountain bordering the Monarch Wilderness.

Transfer of command from ICT 3 Plummer to ICT 3 Garcia will occur 8/13 @ 0600
with support of NIMO Houseman.

Cabin, CA-SQF-002313, Tulare County, Update
Golden Trout Wilderness area

6,417 Acres, 96% confined, heavy timber
Sequoia Forest ICT3 (Villa/Salazar) is in command.
Patrol and hold confinement line.

- The National Multi-Agency Coordinating Group (NMAC) is increasing the National Fire Preparedness Level (PL) to its highest point, PL-5, effective at 5:30 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time on Thursday, August 13th. The PL ranges from one, indicating minimal activity, to five, which signals very high activity.
