Nearly 3" of rain fell in Yuma, resulting in extensive damage from to flash flooding.
Strong outflow winds of 50-60 mph were measured in Blythe and Imperial with near zero visibility in blowing dust and sand.
These winds eventually pushed all the way into the Anza Borrego Desert, sporadically downing power lines.
