Re: [californiadisasters] San Bruno's Fire Chief Was in Dark About Pipeline

Micheal with all due respect and speaking as a Fire Chief that's a pretty lane argument.

It does not take a line item in a budget to be aware of a long present major hazard such as this.

As for internal documentation and communications issuse they are real and might have validity but again the pipe didn't just show up.
