No, I watch MSNBC sometimes just like I sometimes watch Faux.... keep your friends close and your enemies closer and extremists and populists of all stripes are more often than not the enemy of freedom because they appeal to the emotions and baser impulses not the intellect and the better angels of our nature.

It is worth noting that Adolph Hitler and Vladimir Lenin both initially came into prominence as populists. Fastforward to here and now and we have populists as President (Obama) and as contenders for it (Palin).

ADMIN READ: my comments are not license for a runaway political discussion. This was a lone exception to my own rule about politics being discussed here.
