* AFFECTED AREA: FIRE ZONES 619 AND 620
* TIMING: MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.
* WIND: NORTHEAST TO EAST WINDS 10-20 MPH GUSTING TO 30-35 MPH
OVER THE RIDGES.
* HUMIDITY: OVERNIGHT HUMIDITY RECOVERIES WILL BE 20-40 PERCENT
OVER THE RIDGES.
* IMPACTS: POOR HUMIDITY RECOVERIES AND GUSTY EASTERLY TO
NORTHEASTERLY WINDS WILL CREATE A CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
