Gov. = Government, meaning US Gov. Sorry I wasn't clear. Our Governor isn't happy about the Feds leaving his state out.

Here in Alabama, about half the state didn't get the notification. What drives me nuts is that the Gov. didn't test the test. As an old test engineer on complex worldwide systems, I learned a long time ago that when a highly visible test is coming up, one has to already know it is going to work. Avoids red faces.
