[californiadisasters] On This Date In CA Weather History (May 14)



2003: A thunderstorm outflow boundary caused wind damage near Lemoore to fences, dairy barns and small structures.
Gusts were estimated at over 50 mph.

1962: 6.0 inches of snow fell at Glenbrook.

1951: Tehachapi received 2.0 inches of snow from a late season storm.

1918:
The temperature dropped to 30° in Victorville, tied for the second coldest night in May during a long cold spell.

1899: 10.0 inches of snow fell at Susanville.
