hey there not knowing the area ,there was a vegation fire in kern county that is now contained..this was on wildlandfire.com hotlist under kern county

I just got a alert from the Mariposa newspaper about a fire in downtown Mariposa that started last evening. Hwy 140 is closed and firefighters from Mariposa , Merced and Madera counties were called in ,
Has anyone heard any more on this. My Brother lives in Marioposa
