[californiadisasters] South Ops News & Notes Update (7/10/13-7AM)

07/10	0700	Chariot Fire CA-MVU-014084 Chariot Canyon Road and Oriflamme Canyon Road, East of Julian  7055 acres 40% contained. The fire remains a threat to the Mt. Laguna Community and the campgrounds of: El Prado, Horse Haven and Laguna. 120 structures have been destroyed. The damage inspection team will determine the types of buildings that were destroyed today (7/10). Access to the fire remains difficult with helicopters still being utilized to shuttle firefighters into the incident.
07/10	0700	Lebec Fire CA-KRN-22215 Lebec Oaks Road / I-5, Northwest of Castac Lake 298 acres 100% contained.
