[Geology2] Fracking in France...

The alliteration has a nice ring to it,no? lol.. I was wondering..one of my friends posted something about how France will not allow fracking.. I was of the impression that France did not have large reserves of natural gas/oil. I understood that they bought their gas/oil from the Iranians and the Saudis. Am I wrong? Allison
