08/03/2013	0700	CA-SRF Butler Fire: 851 acres, 0% contained. Smoke inversions are limiting air operations until late in the day. CA-KNF Salmon River Complex: 1,604 acres, 5% contained. Fire is located in steep rugged terrain with poor access. California IMT 1 McGowan will assume command at 0600 on 8/4.
