[californiadisasters] Request for Social Media Plans and SOPs

Hi Everyone,

I've been asked to make a presentation next month on the uses of social media in emergency management. As part of my presentation I'd really like to share some plans and SOPs on how you utilize social media. I'll be sure to give anyone who shares with me full credit in my presentation.
