THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 19 MILES NORTHWEST OF BAKER TO 14 MILES WEST OF BAKER...AND WERE MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH. * LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE... HIGHWAY 127 FROM DUMONT DUNES TO BAKER. THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 15 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 139 AND 143. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
