[Geology2] Rocks and stones found in sand deposits [6 Attachments]

[Attachment(s) from cgptsnaz@yahoo.com included below]

I found these on Friday while hiking near Sand Wash between the town Mount Carmel and the White Cliffs here is southern Utah. The piece in my hand and fingers is a small rock scraping tool about the size of a dime, two of the the others are quartz material, one being squared off to make a anvil or hammer (guess) and the other the ends of a round quartz rock were removed. The fourth is a stone  with a hole eroded thru it. All found in different areas.

Just thought they were interesting enough to show here.
The worked quartz broken by man not nature. Reason I (think ) I know this is they were found o a large flat area miles from any cliff they could have fallen from to break in such a way. I do not know for sure but the cliffs close enough to have dropped them during natural erosion are very far away.Image 1396 shows where the White Cliffs are from the area the rocks were found, which is close to where I am standing when I took the picture of the cliffs. The stone with the hole was found in a drainage wash where water had been flowing over it.
