That is correct and those quakes have nothing to do with the New Madrid Seismic Zone but rather are fracking earthquakes.... and yes, there was a joke in that last part. :-p

I notice there have been several small quakes there lately. I was thinking that with the makeup of the soil there, a small quake’s shaking would be felt over a longer distance than in California wouldn’t it?
